* Is Vauch like Uber or Bolt?

No. Vauch is for scheduled premium rentals, not instant rides. Minimum booking is 1 day.

* Are cars on Vauch verified?

Yes. All vehicles are inspected, maintained, and managed by verified Lease Agents on behalf of the Car Owners.

* How are cars shown to me?

Cars closest to your delivery location appear first using smart geo-location matching.

* Can I book a car in Nigeria while abroad?

Yes. Vauch is built for diaspora riders. You can book and pay securely from anywhere before you arrive in Nigeria.

* Do I pay the driver or car owner directly?

No. Vauch is fully cashless. Never pay drivers or owners outside the app.

Yes. All payments are made in-app and held securely in escrow. Funds are only released to the Car Owner after you confirm that the vehicle delivered matches your booking and is in satisfactory working condition.

* Is my payment safe?

Do not confirm delivery. Vauch will resolve the issue before your escrowed payment is released.

* What if the car delivered is not what I booked?

You have access to your Lease Agent and Vauch Support throughout your rental period.

* Who supports me if I have an issue?
