Onboarding Questionnaire

Vauch operates a fully digitized workflow that requires every vehicle to be managed by a Lease Agent. During onboarding, you will be asked to select a Primary Lease Agent to handle your bookings and operations on Vauch.

You may:

• Refer a trusted person to create a Lease Agent account and select them during signup, or

• Self-manage your vehicles by creating a separate Lease Agent account using different NIN, CAC details, and email address, or

• Choose our affiliate Lease Agent, Automax Limited, to manage your vehicles on your behalf.
